Fire Cider Recipe

Fire Cider is a blend of sweet and spicy flavors combined to enhance your circulatory and digestive system.

This is a powerful tonic you can use daily to boost immunity or as a supplement when your immune system is compromised.

1/2 cup chopped Onion

1/4 cup Garlic

1/4 cup Ginger Root

1/4 cup Horeseradish

1 Hot Pepper

1 Large Lemon or citrus fruit of choice

Apple Cider Vinegar to cover plus 3 inches.

Feel free to omit, add or replace any items with your favorite ingredients or whatever you may have on hand. Echinacea, tumeric and/or cinnamon etc. are nice additions. Store in a mason jar for 4 to 6 weeks in a warm, dry place. Shake well once a day. Strain. Add honey to taste.
